Hey Kiddo,
You’ve taken an interest in figureing out how to cook and have been cooking up a storm. We’ve (mom) gotten you a couple «Kids Can Cook» cookbooks– you took and read them, and then kicked us out of the kitchen. So far you’ve made
- Blueberry muffins;
- A chilli;
- Banana bread;
- Blueberry pancakes; and
- Chocolate crinkle cookies.
I brought some of the cookies, along with a note you wrote, over to Uncle Terry who is having a tough time with his chemotherapy treatments at the moment. Mum is slipping in some fraction chat about cup measures– halves and quarters– and you aren’t even noticing the learning you’re doing.
